Caitlin is The Mulberry Group’s Head of Fermentation, currently leading the new menu at Little Molli.
Caitlin’s career has included the world famous Bar Tartine in San Francisco, Relae in Copenhagen, and Capitano in Melbourne, and she has spent years honing her skills in fermentation and preservation.
She’s passionate about food innovation and systems that make positive impacts on people and the planet.
Her menu shows her creative approach to flavour and fermentation, seasonal nourishment with fun twists to feed curiosity and delight the senses. Bright, delicious and genuinely feel-good food.
Caitlin is collaborating with Common Ground Project regenerative farm to launch a line of preserves and fermented drinks, now on the retail shelves at Little Molli.
With big plans in preservation, Caitlin will also be leading workshops and collaborative popups throughout the year to share food, knowledge and skills with everyone.
